Medication Therapy Management is the analytical, consultative, educational and monitoring service provided by pharmacists to facilitate positive therapeutic and economic results from your medication therapy.
The MTM program provides up to 30 minutes of face-to-face consultation with our pharmacist to review your medications. We work closely with you, your doctor(s) and your family to understand the issues and concerns you face with your medications and your health — and help you feel your best by getting the most out of your medications.
This service will not interfere with your physician-patient relationship. We're here to help physicians and their patients get the most from Medication Therapy Management.

How the Review Works
A comprehensive look at everything you take.
As part of this program, our pharmacists may conduct a comprehensive medication review of a patient's prescription and nonprescription medications, as well as vitamins, minerals, herbal products, and other dietary supplements.
We also provide patient counseling on new prescription orders and over-the-counter therapies, and we contact patients for follow-up monitoring visits as needed, to check progress and ensure drug therapy problems have been adequately resolved.
