Our pharmacist will work closely with you, your doctor(s), and your family to understand the issues and concerns you face with your medications and your health — helping you feel your best by getting the most out of what you take.
This service will not interfere with your physician-patient relationship; we're here to support both you and your doctors. The full cost of MTM is covered by your plan — there are no co-payments, co-insurance, or deductibles to meet.

As part of this program, our pharmacists may conduct a comprehensive review of your prescription and nonprescription medications, vitamins, minerals, herbal products, and other dietary supplements — followed by counseling on new prescriptions and over-the-counter therapies, plus follow-up monitoring as needed.
